1. FullStack AI Developer
Location: Tokyo, Singapore (Remote available - 85% remote, 15% office) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ¥7,000,000 - 12,000,000
Build next-generation voice AI infrastructure with cutting-edge technologies including React, TypeScript, Python, Golang, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, Llama).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain real-time audio processing pipelines
- Collaborate on ML model deployment and optimization
- Design AI model training data pipelines
- Develop responsive web interfaces for real-time translation
- Publish research articles and contribute to OSS ecosystem
Requirements:
- 0.5-3 years experience with React and TypeScript
- Experience with Node.js and Python
- Cloud platform experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong interest in AI technologies
2. Business Development Specialist
Location: Tokyo (Flexible work arrangements available) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ¥6,000,000 - 12,000,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Drive VoicePing’s growth in the APAC region by building relationships with key stakeholders across different cultures and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for APAC market
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across cultures
- Represent VoicePing at domestic and international exhibitions
- Conduct product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with technical team to align product development with market needs
Requirements:
- Native-level Japanese
- Fluency in at least one other APAC language (Korean, Vietnamese, etc.)
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Understanding of SaaS and PLG models
